Standard Products
- Free samples: Available for quality inspection (you pay shipping only)

Custom Products
- Sample fee: Charged based on complexity (refundable upon bulk order)
- Sample lead time: 5-10 business days
- Approval: We proceed with bulk production only after sample approval
